**Project Control Engineer** **Location:** Oman **Industry:** Construction / Engineering **Experience:** Minimum 2\-4Years **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Project Control Engineer** to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, cost control, and reporting for construction and engineering projects in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project performance, maintaining schedules, preparing reports, identifying potential delays, and supporting the project team in achieving timely and efficient project completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using **Primavera P6**. * Monitor planned vs. actual project progress and identify variances. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Track project milestones, activities, resources, and deliverables. * Identify potential delays and assist in developing recovery plans. * Support project cost monitoring, forecasting, and performance analysis. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams. * Prepare progress dashboards and management reports. * Analyze project data and provide recommendations for corrective actions. * Maintain accurate project control records and documentation. * Ensure project activities are aligned with approved schedules and targets. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field**. * Minimum **2\-4 years of relevant experience** in project controls, planning, or construction projects. * Strong experience in the **construction/engineering industry**. * Proficiency in **Primavera P6 and MS Excel**. * Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting. * Knowledge of project cost control and forecasting is an advantage. * Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Previous experience in **Oman/GCC construction projects** will be an advantage. **How to Apply** Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to submit their **updated CV** for consideration. **Position:** Project Control Engineer **Location:** Oman Work Location: In person
