Job description
Oversee and coordinate architectural site activities, including masonry, plastering, tiling, cladding, facade systems, ceiling works, joinery, painting, and finishing works. Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure proper site implementation. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and work plans for architectural activities. Monitor and inspect architectural works to ensure quality, design compliance, and alignment with Saudi Building Code requirements. Coordinate with civil, MEP, interior design, subcontractor, and consultant teams. Prepare daily reports, progress updates, material logs, and technical documentation. Conduct site measurements, dimensional checks, and material reconciliation. Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and construction challenges. Support shop drawings, material submittents, mock-ups, and as-built drawings for consultant/client approval. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and support a safety-first site culture. Participate in meetings, inspections, and coordination sessions. Support planning and scheduling using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools. Support QA/QC processes, final inspections, snagging, commissioning, and handover.
• Bachelor s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12 15 years of progressive experience in architectural engineering for construction projects.
• Proven experience in large-scale retail commercial, healthcare, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong experience in facade systems, interior finishes, joinery, cladding, and high-end finishing works.
• Professional Architect license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Very good in English.
• Strong ability to read AutoCAD drawings, Revit/BIM models, and architectural specifications.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, ERP systems, construction contracts, specifications, Saudi Building Code, material specifications, quality control, and architectural detailing.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and risk management skills.
