Program Manager - Value Stream Implementation

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the enterprise\-wide implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of Value Stream Management practices across the Bank. The role acts as the primary coordinator between Business, Technology, Central PMO, Agile Centre of Excellence (CoE), Architecture, Finance and Governance teams to establish and embed value streams as the core delivery and investment model for strategic change initiatives. The primary objective is to define and operationalise value streams, improve alignment between business outcomes and delivery execution, enhance end\-to\-end visibility of value delivery, and drive the transformation from traditional project\-based delivery towards product and value stream\-based operating models. This individual will work with executive stakeholders to define target operating models, governance frameworks, funding approaches, performance measures and ways of working required to successfully establish and sustain value streams across the organisation. **Minimum Qualification** * University degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent. • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is preferred. * Agile, Scaled Agile, Lean, PMP or equivalent certifications preferred. * Experience within Banking or Financial Services preferred. **Minimum Experience** * Total experience of 15\+ years within large\-scale transformation, programme delivery, operating model design or enterprise change management. * Minimum 8\-10 years leading complex cross\-functional programmes in large organisations. * Proven experience implementing Agile at scale, product operating models and/or Value Stream Management frameworks. * Strong understanding of portfolio management, governance, funding and planning processes. * Experience working across Business, Technology and Transformation functions. * Strong stakeholder management capability, including influencing senior executives and managing competing priorities. * Excellent communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills. * Demonstrated ability to drive organisational change across large, complex environments. * Experience defining KPIs, operating models, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps. * Ability to work within fast\-paced environments while managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously. • Willing to learn, collaborate, go the extra mile, and demonstrate high level of integrity with ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately. **Skills:** program management , agile methodologies , value stream management
