Program Director

Soundlines Global is looking for an experienced Program Director for an in\-house vacancy in KSA. **Responsibilities \& Duties:** * خبرة مثبتة في مبيعات وتسويق العقارات قيد الإنشاء في السعودية أو الإمارات العربية المتحدة * خبرة في إطلاق المشاريع، وإدارة المخزون، واستراتيجية المبيعات. * مهارات قوية في التفاوض التجاري وهيكلة خطط الدفع. * خبرة في إدارة الوسطاء أو الوكالات أو منظمات المبيعات الخارجية. * فهم جيد لوثائق البيع على الخارطة في السعودية، ومتطلبات اعرف عميلك (KYC) والمتطلبات التنظيمية. * مهارات تحليلية وقيادية وتواصلية وتفاوضية قوية. **Requirements \& Skills:** * **Experience:** 4\+ years in Real States Industry * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or relevant field of study. * **Technical Skills:** Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications. * **Communication:** Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Arabic. * **Age Limit:** 30–40 years. **Benefits \& Selection:** * Selection is strictly upon CV shortlisting.
