**About the Role** We are looking for a **highly professional, well‑presented, and customer‑service‑driven Waitress** to join our specialty coffee shop and restaurant team. The ideal candidate must have **5‑star hospitality experience**, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **premium, 5‑star level service** to all guests. * Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. * Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail. * Maintain excellent product knowledge (menu items, ingredients, specials). * Serve food and beverages with professionalism and care. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times. * Handle guest concerns politely and promptly. * Work closely with the team to maintain smooth daily operations. * Uphold company standards for service, hygiene, and presentation. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in a **5‑star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or premium café**. * Strong customer service orientation with a positive, energetic attitude. * Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Professional appearance and grooming standards. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure. * Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. * Knowledge of specialty coffee is an advantage.
