Production Supervisor

#### **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily production activities across assigned bakery production lines and shifts. * Ensure production plans and targets are achieved in terms of volume, quality, yield, and efficiency. * Monitor production processes from raw material preparation through mixing, fermentation, forming, baking, cooling, slicing, packaging, and dispatch, as applicable. * Ensure production lines operate efficiently with minimum downtime and product wastage. * Monitor line performance, production output, downtime, waste, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE). * Lead, supervise, and motivate production operators, line leaders, and production workers. * Allocate manpower according to production requirements and line capacity. * Ensure proper shift handover and effective communication between production teams. * Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements. * Monitor critical production parameters such as dough temperature, mixing time, proofing conditions, baking temperature, baking time, product weight, and moisture, as applicable. * Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Saudi Arabian health and safety requirements. #### **Skills Description** **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Bakery Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field * 3–5 years of supervisory level experience in production operations, preferably within a large\-scale industrial bakery * Knowledge on industrial bakery processes and automated production lines is highly preferred * Knowledge on HACCP, GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards * Experience with production KPIs, OEE, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives * Strong leadership skills #### **Job Details** Job Title Production Supervisor Job Country Saudi Arabia Job City Jeddah Job Role Manufacturing \& Production Employment Type Employee #### **Preferred Candidate** Career Level Management / Supervisor ### **AlRashed Food Company** Food \& Beverage Production Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ABOUT US Al Rashed Food Group is a part of the mighty Rashed Abdul Rahman \& Sons Group, one of the leading industrial conglomerates in Saudi Arabia with operations spanning the Gulf countries and the Middle East.
