**About Flash Freeze** Flash Freeze Manufacturing LLC is the only flash freeze processing facility inside the Dubai Fruit and Vegetable Market at Ras Al Khor. We freeze surplus fruit the same day it arrives at the market. We are a founding team. We are early. Everything here is being built from scratch. If that sentence excites you — keep reading. If you need a system handed to you before you can operate — this is not the right place. **The Role** This role is the hands\-on execution of everything this facility promises: fruit handled properly, frozen at peak quality, packed to spec. Three people fill this role, rotating across the stations that make up a full IQF run. This is physical, cold\-environment work that has to be precise on shift one thousand the same way it was precise on shift one. **What You Will Do** → Run assigned production stations — intake/prep, freeze line, or pack\-out — to spec every shift → Complete pre\-shift equipment and hygiene checks without being reminded → Log temperatures and batch data at every required checkpoint → Flag anything off\-spec to the Quality Lead immediately — not at the end of the shift → Follow cleaning and sanitation protocol between every single batch → Support inventory counts at shift end **Apply If You** ✓ Have worked in food production, a commercial kitchen, or a cold\-chain environment ✓ Can stay focused doing repeatable, precise work for a full shift ✓ Notice small defects — a bad seal, an off color, a wrong weight — before anyone points them out ✓ Follow a checklist exactly, every time, even on your two\-hundredth shift ✓ Are comfortable working in a cold or blast\-freeze environment for extended periods ✓ Tell someone immediately when something looks wrong, instead of hoping it's fine **Do Not Apply If You** ✗ Cut corners on cleaning or checks when nobody's watching ✗ Get bored doing the same precise task well, shift after shift ✗ Have never worked somewhere temperature, hygiene, or timing actually mattered ✗ Need constant supervision to stay on task ✗ Are uncomfortable in a cold work environment for a full shift ✗ Would rather guess than ask when something looks off **Benefits** Competitive salary commensurate with experience Visa sponsorship and UAE residency provided Medical insurance in line with UAE Labour Law requirements 30 days annual leave per UAE Labour Law Performance bonus tied to delivery quality and operational impact Work Location: In person
