• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, optimizing for efficiency and on-time delivery of finished goods. • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to forecast demand and ensure material availability. • Identify and mitigate production bottlenecks, proactively addressing potential delays and resource constraints. • Manage inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs while meeting production needs. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar manufacturing operations role. • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and forecasting. • FMCG Manufacturing company exp. • System-oriented • SNOP Process awarness • Strong Excel knowledge
