Hiring: Production \& Operations Manager – Water Plant We are looking for an experienced **Production \& Operations Manager** to join our water plant team in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise daily production and bottling operations. * Oversee the operation and performance of production and filling machines. * Ensure smooth and efficient production processes. * Supervise, manage, and coordinate production staff. * Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with company standards. * Coordinate machine maintenance and report technical issues when required. * Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are achieved. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment. Requirements: * Previous experience in a **water bottling plant or manufacturing environment**. * Strong knowledge of production and bottling machinery. * Experience in machine operation and troubleshooting. * Good leadership and staff management skills. * Ability to manage daily operations and solve production\-related issues. * Good communication and organizational skills. **Location:** Bahrain Work Location: In person
