Production Manager

#### **Job Description** **Responsibilities** * Drawing up of Production Schedule; Monitor day\-to\-day operations to ensure quality products are produced for our customers. * Maintain effective relations with the Management team (Materials Management, Warehouse, Sanitation, and Maintenance) * Estimating how long a job will take, costing it, and setting the quality standards. * Maintain product quality audits such as SQMS, YUM, ISO22K, BRCGS etc. * Monitoring the Production Processes and adjusting schedules as needed. * Assure the meeting of quality expectations by maintaining and managing controls and continual personal inspection of production and process. * Supervising and motivating a team of workers. Seek ways to improve the process and quality while reducing costs. * Tracks projects and resources to ensure on time delivery. * Follow all company policies and procedures as well as Good Production Practice. * Coordinates delivery of work done by suppliers for timely reviews prior to client delivery. * Manage the Production and Packaging processes through personal interaction and communicate clear expectations to all subordinates. * Develop and implement TPM, Lean and Kizan concepts of production * Collaborate with R\&D for new recipes or products and meets the expectations of the marketing department * Collaborate with Maintenance to develop preventative maintenance plans and execute * Collaborate with HR to develop skills matrix, training and development plans * Collaborate with Finance to develop cost effective bill of materials * Collaborate with supply chain to develop weekly production plans, inventory and cycle count. * Collaborate with quality assurance to prepare for audits, actions and its executions * Collaborate with health \& safety to implement all the policies and procedures of occupational health and safety * Collaborate with procurement to ensure raw and packaging materials are supplied on time. #### **Skills Description** **Qualification:** Diploma / Degree / Masters in Bakery and Confectionery Technology (Specialization in Bread, Buns, Tortilla, Cakes, Pastry, Puff, Muffins and other confectionery products). #### **Job Details** Job Title Production Manager Job Country Saudi Arabia Job City Jeddah Job Role Manufacturing \& Production Employment Status Full time Employment Type Employee #### **Preferred Candidate** Career Level Director / Head of Department ### **AlRashed Food Company** Food \& Beverage Production Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ABOUT US Al Rashed Food Group is a part of the mighty Rashed Abdul Rahman \& Sons Group, one of the leading industrial conglomerates in Saudi Arabia with operations spanning the Gulf countries and the Middle East.
