PRODUCTION MANAGER [ JOINERY & PAINT ]

We're Hiring: **Production Manager – Joinery \& Paint Works** **Job Overview:** We are looking for a **Production Manager** with strong expertise in **joinery and paint works**, capable of managing factory operations, production planning, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have at least **10 years of experience** in managing joinery production (wood, furniture, fit\-out) and overseeing painting/finishing activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily production activities in joinery and paint departments * Plan production schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure timely delivery * Coordinate with design and site teams to understand technical requirements * Supervise the manufacturing of custom furniture, woodwork, and interior elements * Monitor quality standards, finishing, and materials * Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of production areas * Maintain inventory levels and manage raw material procurement **Requirements:** * Minimum **10 years of UAE experience** in **joinery and paint production** * Strong knowledge of **wood machinery, finishing materials, and paint types** * Ability to read and interpret **shop drawings and BOQs** * Experience in managing factory teams and production timelines * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills .
