Production Manager

**Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee overall factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. * Plan and control daily production schedules to achieve output targets and meet customer requirements. * Supervise and coordinate manufacturing activities, including injection molding and extrusion processes. * Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other production resources. * Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure effective inventory management and uninterrupted material supply. * Monitor production performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase productivity. * Ensure compliance with quality standards in collaboration with QA/QC teams. * Identify production and operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Maintain accurate production records, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. * Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize breakdowns. * Lead, train, and develop production staff to enhance performance and technical skills. * Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. * Implement cost control measures, waste reduction strategies, and operational efficiency improvements. **Qualifications and Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 12 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with at least 8 years in a managerial role within injection molding. * (GCC experience preferred) Should have experience in production planning, capacity planning, and shop floor control. Strong expertise in plastic processing (injection molding, extrusion). * Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and quality systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Experience with machinery, molds, and process optimization. **Key Competencies:** * Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage Other Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Effective communication and coordination skills. * High level of accountability and result\-oriented mindset. * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of Saudi manufacturing standards and regulations Job Type: Full\-time Pay: ﷼15,000\.00 \- ﷼20,000\.00 per month Experience: * Plastic manufacturing industry: 10 years (Required) * Managerial Role: 8 years (Required) * Injection moulding : 8 years (Required) * GCC: 8 years (Required) Work Location: In person
