Production Engineer

We are expanding our production team and are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to support our growing operations. Position: Production Engineer We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer with hands\-on experience in electronics manufacturing, refurbishment, and production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Apple devices, laptops, LCD technology, and production process optimization. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. * Improve production efficiency, quality, and productivity. * Manage production lines for Apple devices, laptops, LCDs, and electronic assemblies. * Monitor KPIs and ensure production targets are achieved. * Analyze production data and implement corrective actions. * Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. * Coordinate with Quality Control, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles. * Train and support technicians to improve repair quality and productivity. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience** in electronics manufacturing or refurbishment. * Strong experience with **Apple devices (iPhone, MacBook)** repair and refurbishment. * Experience with **Laptop repair and refurbishment**. * Knowledge of **LCD display technology**, screen assembly, lamination, OCA, refurbishing, and display quality standards. * Experience in production planning, workflow optimization, and line balancing. * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. * Strong leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and team management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting. Preferred Experience * Smartphone refurbishment industry. * Consumer electronics manufacturing. * Mobile phone production lines. * Apple device refurbishment facilities. * Laptop refurbishment factories. * LCD manufacturing or refurbishment.
