Visit our website at www.orbitiss.com to learn more... **Role Overview:** Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking an experienced Production Engineer – Piping to manage and coordinate piping fabrication, installation, and construction activities for offshore and petrochemical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning piping works, monitoring material utilization, reviewing engineering drawings for constructability, coordinating with fabrication, procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams, and ensuring piping systems are completed, tested, and handed over in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor piping material consumption and prepare reports on actual versus planned quantities. * Prepare MTOs and coordinate procurement of piping materials and consumables. * Monitor piping consumables and initiate replenishment where required. * Coordinate piping subcontractors and fabrication activities. * Prepare and issue Method Statements (MS), welding procedures, and technical documentation. * Review piping drawings, isometrics, spool drawings, and layouts for constructability. * Conduct piping specification reviews with fabrication yard supervision. * Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, Planning, and Construction teams. * Monitor piping fabrication, fit\-up, welding, hydrotesting, flushing, reinstatement, and preservation activities. * Ensure compliance with ASME, API, project specifications, and client requirements. * Support project superintendent in identifying manpower and training requirements. * Lead piping system completion, mechanical completion, pressure testing, pre\-commissioning, commissioning, and handover. * Monitor completion of check sheets, punch lists, hydrotest packages, and turnover dossiers. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Offshore, Oil \& Gas, or Petrochemical projects. * Experience in piping fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning. * Knowledge of ASME/API standards and piping drawings. * Ability to prepare MTOs and coordinate fabrication activities. * Strong coordination and communication skills.
