Visit our website at www.orbitiss.com to learn more... **Role Overview:** Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking an experienced Production Engineer – Instrumentation to oversee and coordinate instrumentation fabrication, installation, and construction activities for offshore and petrochemical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning instrumentation works, managing materials and consumables, reviewing engineering drawings and technical documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, and supporting system completion, testing, commissioning, and handover while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor instrumentation cable and material consumption and prepare actual versus planned consumption reports. * Prepare MTOs and coordinate procurement of instrumentation materials and consumables. * Monitor instrumentation consumables and initiate replenishment when required. * Coordinate instrumentation subcontractors during fabrication and installation activities. * Prepare and issue Method Statements (MS), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), loop packages, and technical documentation. * Review instrument hook\-up drawings, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and P\&IDs for constructability. * Conduct project specification reviews with fabrication yard supervision. * Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, Planning, and Construction teams. * Supervise installation of field instruments, impulse tubing, junction boxes, control panels, analyzers, Fire \& Gas systems, PLC/DCS marshalling cabinets, and cable installations. * Monitor calibration, loop checking, functional testing, and commissioning activities. * Support project superintendent in identifying manpower and training requirements. * Lead instrumentation system completion, pre\-commissioning, commissioning, and handover. * Monitor completion of check sheets, loop folders, ITRs, punch lists, and turnover dossiers. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical \& Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Offshore, Oil \& Gas, or Petrochemical projects. * Experience in instrumentation installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning. * Knowledge of PLC/DCS, Fire \& Gas systems, and field instruments. * Ability to interpret P\&IDs, loop drawings, and prepare MTOs. * Strong coordination and communication skills.
