Product Specialist - Dental

**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and nursing, combined with excellent communication and organisational skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients alike. You will act as a liaison between our technical teams and end\-users, providing insights that drive product development and enhancements. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Product Promotion \& Sales Support:** * Promote dental products to dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential and existing customers. * Support the sales team with technical expertise and clinical insight. * **Training \& Education:** * Organize and deliver training programs and workshops for dental professionals. * Provide hands\-on training on dental materials and equipment. * Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and best practices. * **Customer Relationship Management:** * Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dental practitioners, and other stakeholders. * Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product and development teams. * **Market \& Competitor Analysis:** * Monitor market trends and competitor products. * Provide insights and suggestions for product improvements and marketing strategies. * **Clinical \& Technical Support:** * Provide post\-sale support and resolve clinical or technical queries. * Assist in clinical evaluations and trials where necessary. * **Marketing Coordination:** * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional material and campaigns. * Participate in dental exhibitions, conferences, and continuing dental education (CDE) programs. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) or equivalent dental qualification is **mandatory**. * 4\-5 years of experience in dental practice, dental product sales, or a related field. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong clinical knowledge of dental procedures and products. * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
