Procurement QC Engineer - CIVIL

**Procurement QC Engineer \- Civil/Architectural Materials** **Project:** Industrial Buildings **Location:** Al Ruwais (initially Musaffah) **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Job Purpose** The **Procurement QC Engineer** will be responsible for ensuring that all procured **civil and architectural materials** for building and industrial projects comply with approved project specifications, quality standards, applicable codes, QA/QC procedures, and approved Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs). The role will oversee procurement quality activities from material submittals and vendor documentation through inspection, testing, certification, delivery, storage, and preservation. The position will work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, Inspection, and Project QA/QC teams to ensure materials meet project and **ADNOC** requirements. **Core Qualifying Criteria** * **Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering** or a related engineering discipline. * Minimum **10 years of QA/QC experience** in **EPC, Oil \& Gas, industrial, or major building projects**. * Strong experience in **procurement quality control and vendor inspection**. * Proven experience with **civil and architectural materials** and their associated inspection and testing requirements. * Good understanding of **material specifications, certificates, testing, traceability, inspection procedures, and quality documentation**. * Familiarity with **ADNOC requirements, standards, specifications, and project quality procedures**. * Experience working with **EPC contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and client QA/QC teams**. * Strong knowledge of **ITPs, material submittals, NCRs, inspection reports, MTCs, test certificates, and vendor documentation**. * Ability to review technical and quality documentation and identify non\-compliance. * Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred Experience** Preference will be given to candidates with: * Experience on **ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi/UAE**. * Experience in **Ruwais industrial projects, refineries, petrochemical facilities, or other Oil \& Gas developments**. * Experience covering both **building/civil and architectural materials**. * Experience conducting or coordinating **vendor/source inspections**. * Knowledge of international standards such as **ASTM, BS, EN, ISO, and relevant project\-specific standards**. * Relevant professional certifications such as **CSWIP, AWS, NACE/AMPP, ISO 9001**, or other recognized QA/QC certifications, where applicable. **Key Competencies** * Procurement Quality Control * Vendor \& Source Inspection * Civil \& Architectural Material Inspection * Material Certification \& Traceability * ITP \& Inspection Requirements * QA/QC Documentation * NCR Management * Material Testing \& Compliance * Storage \& Preservation * EPC / Oil \& Gas Projects * ADNOC Standards \& Requirements * Vendor \& Supplier Coordination * Quality Auditing \& Reporting * Problem Solving and Attention to Detail **Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their updated CV and relevant project experience.** **For Civil Engineering degree/diploma holders only.** Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Do you have a Civil Engineering degree? * Are you willing to work in Musaffah initially prior to moving to AlRuwais?
