Procurement Executive (facility and general)

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for facility management services and general indirect spend categories, optimizing cost and value. • Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from requirement definition and vendor selection to contract negotiation and performance management. • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and driving continuous improvement. • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and cost-saving opportunities within facility and general procurement. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a strong focus on facility and general indirect categories. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sourcing strategies that deliver significant cost savings. • Expertise in contract negotiation, management, and understanding of legal procurement terms.
