**Procurement Executive – Construction** **Location:** Oman **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **Construction site experience is mandatory** We are seeking a **Procurement Executive** with a minimum of **2 years of procurement experience in the construction industry**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **construction site procurement**, sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage procurement activities for construction projects. * Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors. * Obtain quotations and negotiate prices and terms. * Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs). * Coordinate with site teams to understand material requirements. * Ensure timely delivery of construction materials to project sites. * Monitor supplier performance and follow up on pending orders. * Maintain procurement records and documentation. * Coordinate with accounts, stores, and project teams. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of relevant procurement experience in construction**. * **Construction site procurement experience is mandatory.** * Good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency in **MS Office/Excel**; ERP experience is an advantage. * Candidates with relevant **Oman/GCC experience** will be preferred.
