Procurement & Contracts Officer

* Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and estimators to identify project\-specific **Electrical** procurement needs. * Ensure contracts’ compliance with contractual terms and conditions and highlight any gaps. * Manage contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and closure documentation. * Review and finalize engineering and commercial contracts (EPC, SLAs, AMCs, supply agreements. * Review technical drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and project specifications to determine material and equipment requirements. * Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) to vendors and subcontractors; analyze quotations based on cost, quality, compliance, and lead time. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
