Job description

The Procurement Business Partner leads the supplier governance, and contract lifecycle management to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement operations. This role is responsible for overseeing procurement execution, vendor relationships, compliance, and risk management while driving ERP-based procurement automation and business alignment. Key Responsibilities: 1.Vendor Management & Supplier Relationship Governance • Establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to drive value and performance. • Implement supplier evaluation frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring. • Oversee supplier contracts, performance metrics, and escalation procedures. 2. Contract Lifecycle Management & Compliance • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance audits to minimize risk. • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and governance policies. • Monitor contract lifecycle tracking and ERP-based automation for contract execution. 3. Procurement Operations & Digital Transformation • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring ERP-driven workflow compliance. • Identify opportunities for process automation and procurement digitization. • Implement KPIs and reporting dashboards for data-driven procurement decision-making. 4. Budgeting & Cost Control • Develop and manage procurement budgets in collaboration with Finance. • Ensure cost reductions and efficiency improvements while meeting service requirements. • Track and optimize procurement spend through ERP analytics and cost benchmarking. 5. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Department Collaboration • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Units to align procurement initiatives. • Lead procurement policy development and process standardization. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and contract management. Qualifications and Experience • Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration , or related field. Experience : at least 6 years of experience in a relevant field, 2 years in a leadership role is Preferred. Skills & Competencies Technical Competencies • Advanced supplier contract negotiation and risk management • ERP procurement systems expertise (e.g., Dynamics 365) • Budget planning and procurement financial analysis • Data-driven decision-making and procurement analytics Behavioral Competencies • Stakeholder Influence Collaborating effectively with internal and external partners. • Negotiating with Integrity Conducting ethical and results-oriented contract negotiations. • Sustainable Problem Solving Addressing procurement challenges with analytical approaches. Accountability & Compliance Ensuring procurement governance and regulatory adherence.
