PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR – CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

**Build Your Career in Construction Procurement \| Bahrain** We are looking for a proactive **Procurement Administrator** to support our construction projects with purchasing coordination, supplier management, documentation, and administrative duties. Key Duties * Handle purchase requisitions and coordinate purchasing requirements * Identify and communicate with suitable construction suppliers * Collect quotations and prepare price comparisons * Follow up with vendors regarding material availability and delivery schedules * Prepare and maintain **Purchase Orders and procurement records** * Coordinate material deliveries with project sites and stores * Check delivery notes, invoices, GRNs, and related documents * Maintain updated supplier and product databases * Track outstanding orders and pending deliveries * Assist with inventory and stock monitoring * Prepare Excel\-based procurement and delivery reports * Ensure all purchasing documents are properly organized and updated Candidate Profile * 2–3 years of experience in **purchasing, procurement, or administration** * Construction background is essential * Knowledge of construction materials and the supplier market * Strong organizational and coordination skills * Good command of **MS Excel and MS Office** * Ability to manage multiple purchase requests and follow\-ups * Good communication and negotiation skills * Must be available locally in Bahrain Work Location: In person
