Process Operator

**JOB TITLE :PROCESS OPERATOR** Work Location : Offshore Leave Cycle : 21 days paid leave after 42 days continuous work Working Hours : 06:30 to 18:30 (1\-hour lunch break), 7 days a week Air Ticket : Round trip \- Economy class provided as per company policy Medical : Health Insurance provided Food \& Accommodation : Food and single status accommodation provided as per company policy. Contract/Sponsorship Type : Contract Hire Probation period : \* 6 months Other conditions : All other conditions will be as per UAE/ABU DHABI LABOUR LAW Qualification (minimum) : Diploma in Chemical Engineering preferably OR any engineering discipline Experience (minimum) : 3 \- 5 years of experience as Process / Plant Operator Job Description \& Responsibilities * Prepare status update/ shift reports to keep management informed about the daily operational activities and to facilitate decision making. * Collect loading oil samples, to be checked at the laboratory. Carry out tank level measurement and stock calculations before and after tanker loading, and operate and control loading pumps operation. * Prepare daily operation report, daily work report, daily production report, daily oil inventory report, as well as weekly monthly and annual report of production and operation, and forward to the group leader for further checking and correction. * Charge chemical into MEA, DGA, and TEG units and into the crude oil sections, make up lube oil level of pumps and compressors. Check stock of chemicals lube oil and other materials required, and notify superiors to arrange for replacement of the depleted stock. * Shut down vessels, heater, compressors, pumps, etc. during train change over or as a preparation of equipment maintenance and overhauling. * Follow up and recognize process operation changes in accordance with standard operation procedures, using DCS records, trends and logging reports and control any abnormal variations in pressure, temperature, level or flow * Ensure all relevant operational procedures and instructions are followed in the Process section so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Skills : Knowledge of all relevant plant operations \& good communication skills Proficiency in MS word, Excel and power point.
