The role manages engineering teams, implements process optimization projects, and collaborates with production and maintenance departments to improve operational performance. Key Responsibilities * Lead process engineering and continuous improvement projects. * Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality. * Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies. * Monitor production KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams. * Manage engineering projects, budgets, and technical resources. * Prepare technical reports and recommend process improvements.
