Process Design Specialist – Banking

### **Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Process Design Specialist** to support a banking client in analysing, designing, and improving end\-to\-end business and operational processes. The role will work closely with Business, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to identify gaps, strengthen controls, and implement efficient and sustainable solutions. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyse and design **end\-to\-end banking processes** across products and operations. * Identify **process, operational, control, and system gaps** and recommend appropriate improvements. * Develop practical, sustainable, and **risk\-aligned process solutions** in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. * Ensure processes incorporate applicable **regulatory, compliance, risk, and internal control requirements**. * Work closely with **Business, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Legal** teams to understand requirements and drive process improvements. * Prepare and maintain **process maps, SOPs, BRDs, workflows, and other process documentation**. * Support process optimisation, standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Present process recommendations and improvement initiatives to **senior stakeholders**. ### **Required Skills \& Experience** * **5\+ years of experience** in process design, business process analysis, or process improvement within the **banking/financial services sector**. * Strong understanding of **banking products, operations, and end\-to\-end transaction processes**. * Proven experience in **process mapping, gap analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design**. * Good understanding of **banking risk, controls, regulatory, and compliance requirements**. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technology functions. * Excellent **written, verbal, documentation, and presentation skills**. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes. **Skills:** Process Design , Regulatory Compliance , Stakeholder Management
