Problem Management Analyst (Service Assurance)

HIRING – Problem Management Analyst (Service Assurance) **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Experience:** 8 Years Mind Stream is looking for a **Problem Management Analyst** to improve service stability by identifying root causes, reducing recurring incidents, and driving continuous service improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5 Whys, Fishbone, and Fault Tree Analysis. * Identify recurring issues and manage the Problem lifecycle. * Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Maintain the Known Error Database (KEDB) and knowledge articles. * Analyze incident trends to improve network and service performance. **Requirements:** * 3–8 years of experience in Problem Management, Service Assurance, or IT Operations. * Strong knowledge of ITIL Problem Management processes. * Experience with Telecom Infrastructure, log analysis, and ticketing tools. * Advanced Excel and reporting skills. * Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
