We are currently seeking experienced and highly professional Western or Arab trained Registered Nurses to join a dedicated Home Healthcare team supporting high-net-worth patients across private residences and luxury environments in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to deliver one-to-one, patient-focused care in a discreet, premium setting—ideal for nurses who are confident working in client-facing environments and committed to delivering the highest standards of clinical excellence and personalised service. Why This Role Matters Home healthcare plays a vital role in delivering patient-centered care within the comfort of private settings, ensuring continuity, quality, and improved patient outcomes outside of traditional hospital environments. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality one-to-one nursing care within private homes and luxury settings Provide support for chronic conditions, geriatric care, and mobility needs Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery Accompany patients to medical appointments when required Build trusted relationships by providing compassionate and personalised care Role Details Based in Dubai (homecare setting – not clinic or hospital-based) Structured shifts (48 hours per week) Travel within Dubai required; occasional international travel may be required Work within a highly professional, discreet, and culturally sensitive environment Exposure to VIP / high-profile patients in premium settings Registered Nurse (RN) with valid DHA License or eligibility Minimum 2–3 years’ clinical experience (hospital or home healthcare) Experience in homecare, long-term care, geriatric care, or VIP/private patients preferred Western-trained or Arab-trained nurses strongly preferred Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and confidence in client-facing environments High level of discretion, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence Candidates currently based in the UAE or open to relocation What We Offer Competitive tax-free salary Stable, long-term opportunity within a growing home healthcare service Opportunity to work with prestigious, high-profile patients Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Exposure to premium standards of care delivery
