Ref: 3842 **Salary/Benefits:** Salary dependent upon experience and qualifications **Location:** Saudi Arabia **Sector:** Face to Face Tutoring m2r Education are working on behalf of an ultra\-high\-net\-worth client in Saudi Arabia seeking a highly qualified and experienced Private Educational Specialist to provide personalised educational and developmental support to their children. Based in Riyadh and working within the family residence, you will be responsible for providing personalised education and developmental support to young children, complementing their formal school curriculum while helping them develop academically, socially and personally. This is a role that goes beyond traditional tutoring. You will be expected to support the children's critical thinking, creativity, independent learning, communication, confidence and overall development, while providing individualised educational support based on their specific needs. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to develop thinking and learning skills rather than simply deliver content. The position is residential\-based and requires a professional, caring and highly confidential approach. Flexibility is essential, as working hours may vary and could include night shifts. Domestic travel, primarily to Jeddah, and potentially international travel may also be required depending on the family's itinerary. Given the potential travel involved, this role would be best suited to a candidate who can travel independently. **The ideal candidate will have:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Education, Educational Psychology, Primary/Elementary Education or closely related field * Experience educating young children in a private setting. * Experience with IB, British (IGCSE) and/or American curricula. * Strong knowledge of learning theories and educational techniques. * Ability to develop critical thinking, creativity, problem\-solving and independent learning. * Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills. * Patient, empathetic and caring approach. * Strong understanding of individual learning needs and child development. * Strong IT and online learning skills. * Previous Middle East/GCC experience desirable. * Professional, discreet and highly confidential approach. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including potential night shifts. * English and Arabic required; multilingual candidates preferred. **Package:** * Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications * Single accommodation within the family compound * Transportation * Medical insurance * Return flights * Work visa **ASAP Start!** For safeguarding purposes, a valid police clearance is required, along with two professional references.
