Pricing and Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities Operations • Handle day-to-day import and export shipment operations (Air, Sea, and Land). • Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents. • Monitor shipments from booking to final delivery. • Ensure timely documentation and operational updates. • Coordinate with customers regarding shipment schedules and delivery status. • Resolve shipment-related operational issues promptly. • Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements. • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of shipments. • Prepare shipment status reports and MIS as required. Pricing • Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents. • Prepare competitive quotations for Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation. • Negotiate rates with vendors and service providers. • Maintain and update freight rate databases. • Support the sales team with timely pricing and tender submissions. • Analyze market freight trends to provide competitive pricing solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and overseas partners. Customer Service • Respond promptly to customer enquiries. • Provide shipment tracking and regular updates. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Handle customer queries and operational escalations professionally. • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics. • Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation. • Experience in shipment coordination and freight pricing. • Good negotiation and vendor management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office. • Experience using freight forwarding or logistics software is preferred. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
