Presales Engineer – ELV Systems

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer – Security Systems located in Doha, Qatar. The pre-sales engineer will be responsible for developing sales proposals, handling customer inquiries, and driving presales efforts to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Customer Engagement: Understanding customer requirements, and build strong technical relationships. Assess client requirements, and provide technical guidance on ELV system design and implementation • Solution Design: Develop customized technical solutions, architectures, and proposals that align with customer needs and company products portfolio. • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) during the sales process • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to provide technical input, support bids, and ensure technical feasibility for closing deals. • Documentation: Contribute to sales materials, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and technical documentation. • Drive presales KPI's, and handle multiple product portfolio • Experience: 5-10 Years of Pre Sales Experience • Education Background: Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics & Communication • Exhibits a deep understanding of ELV systems, including security surveillance & access control systems • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams. • Nationality: Open to all nationalities, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. • Gender: Open to both Female & Male candidates • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
