Precision Mechanical Machinist

**Job Summary:** Emmefer Armamento is seeking a skilled Precision Mechanical Machinist to manufacture, machine, and finish high\-tolerance mechanical components, specialized parts, and custom fittings using conventional and CNC machinery to exact engineering specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Setup, calibrate, and operate conventional and CNC machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, boring machines) to fabricate precise metal components. * Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD/CAM models to determine precise machining sequences and dimensions. * Perform precision measurements and quality checks using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators to ensure strict tolerance adherence. * Monitor machine operations, cutting speeds, feeds, and coolant flow, making adjustments to prevent material defects or tool wear. * Select, dress, and change cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures required for specialized machining tasks. * Maintain machine tools through routine preventive maintenance, keeping work areas organized and fully compliant with shop safety standards. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Diploma, ITI, or Vocational/Trade School Certification in Machining, Mechanical Technology, or Precision Tooling. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in precision machining, custom parts fabrication, or toolmaking. * **Skills:** Proficient in reading complex engineering blueprints, operating CNC/conventional machines, using precision measuring instruments, and basic G\-code programming. * **Competencies:** Exceptional attention to dimensional accuracy, fine manual dexterity, strong mathematical aptitude, and a safety\-conscious operational mindset. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
