Precious Metals Foundry Technician

Job Summary Marmara Metal Refinery FZE is seeking an experienced Senior Precious Metals Production Technician to join our production team. This is a hands\-on technical role. The successful candidate will be expected to work directly on the production floor and personally perform melting, remelting, casting, mould preparation, furnace operation, and silver bar production. This is not a supervisory or office\-based management position. Key Responsibilities * Personally operate induction melting furnaces. * Perform silver melting and remelting operations. * Prepare moulds and casting equipment. * Pour molten silver and produce investment\-grade silver bars. * Operate casting equipment and support rolling and finishing processes. * Monitor temperatures, flux additions, and production parameters. * Identify and correct production defects. * Minimize metal loss and improve metal recovery. * Maintain production records. * Follow all quality and safety procedures. * Assist with equipment setup and routine maintenance. * Support continuous improvement of production processes. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of hands\-on experience in precious metals production. * Experience producing investment\-grade gold or silver bars. * Experience operating induction furnaces and casting equipment. * Strong understanding of melting, remelting, mould preparation, casting, and finishing. * Willingness to work directly on the production floor every day. * Team player with a strong work ethic. * Experience in a precious metals refinery or bullion manufacturer is highly preferred.
