Pre-Sales / Sales Support Specialist

Premium Solutions is hiring for a client in Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales / Sales Support Specialist to join a leading organization in Kuwait. This opportunity is ideal for bilingual professionals with strong software solution expertise, excellent presentation skills, and a customer-focused approach in technical sales and solution consulting. Job Title: Pre-Sales / Sales Support Specialist Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored software and application solutions. • Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to key stakeholders. • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with clear and technically accurate documentation. • Translate business needs into technical specifications and support solution architecture planning. • Coordinate with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations. • Provide ongoing sales support including client meetings, technical workshops, and trade show participation. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Requirements: • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within software/application domains. • Proven experience in application and software solution sales, preferably in B2B or government sectors. • Strong understanding of security concepts. • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal). • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. • Experience in AI tools and technologies. • Ability to travel locally and regionally when required. Preferred Qualifications: • Technical or development background in software development or solution architecture is highly preferred. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or vendor-specific certifications are an advantage. • Experience with government procurement or public sector digital transformation projects in Kuwait and GCC is preferred.
