Power BI/ Business Application Reporting Consultant

**We Are Hiring:** Power BI \& Business Applications Reporting Consultant **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Contract:** Six\-month outsourced assignment **Joining:** Immediate RITS Qatar is looking for an experienced **Power BI \& Business Applications Reporting Consultant** for a client assignment in Doha. The successful candidate will develop and manage business and executive dashboards while supporting reporting across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Oracle/ERP, SQL databases, and other enterprise systems. **Key responsibilities** * Design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, operational reports, and executive analytics. * Build efficient semantic models, datasets, measures, and calculations using Power Query and DAX. * Configure Power BI Service, scheduled refreshes, data gateways, workspaces, subscriptions, sharing, and row\-level security. * Develop reporting solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse data. * Write SQL queries and extract, validate, reconcile, and integrate data from Oracle/ERP and other enterprise systems. * Gather business requirements and translate them into KPIs, report specifications, data models, and dashboard designs. * Investigate data\-quality issues, reporting discrepancies, refresh failures, access problems, and integration issues. * Support user acceptance testing, production releases, user training, and day\-to\-day reporting requests. * Maintain data dictionaries, source\-to\-report mappings, user guides, issue logs, release notes, and handover documentation. * Ensure compliance with data\-security, access\-control, audit, and change\-management requirements. **Required experience and skills** * At least five years of hands\-on Power BI and business intelligence experience. * Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX, semantic modelling, gateways, scheduled refreshes, row\-level security, workspace administration, and performance optimisation. * Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse. * Strong SQL skills and experience working with Oracle/ERP or comparable enterprise systems. * Experience integrating data from databases, APIs, SharePoint, Excel, flat files, gateways, and other approved sources. * Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, UAT, data validation, production support, and technical documentation. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills. * Must be currently available in Qatar and able to join immediately for the full six\-month contract. **Preferred qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure/Entra ID concepts. * Reporting experience in real estate, property management, facilities, finance, procurement, customer service, or enterprise operations. **How to apply** Please submit your updated CV with your current location, availability, and a brief summary of relevant Power BI, Dynamics 365/Dataverse, Oracle/ERP, and SQL projects.
