Powder Coating Operator

� WE ARE HIRING – Powder Coating Operator / Welder Company: Chromos Electrical Measuring & Control Manufacturing Systems LLC Location: Dubai, UAE We are looking for a skilled Powder Coating Operator with basic to intermediate welding experience to join our manufacturing team. Job Responsibilities Perform surface preparation, masking, and powder coating of metal components. Operate the powder coating booth and curing oven. Ensure high-quality coating finish and compliance with production standards. Carry out basic welding and fabrication work (MIG/TIG preferred). Assist with grinding, polishing, and finishing of fabricated products. Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects. Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and safe. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in powder coating. Experience with steel and stainless steel fabrication. Basic to intermediate welding skills (MIG/TIG preferred). Ability to read simple fabrication drawings is an advantage. Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment. Immediate joiners or candidates with transferable visas will be given preference.
