Post Process Foreman (Production)

• Oversee and direct the daily operations of the post-processing production line, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets. • Manage a team of post-processing technicians, providing clear instructions, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to identify and rectify defects, ensuring all products meet stringent specifications before shipment. • Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce cycle times within the post-processing department. • Must have a experience in pipe stainless steel manufacturing company? • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree in a related field is a strong advantage. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. • Demonstrated experience in post-processing techniques relevant to the industry (e.g., finishing, assembly, packaging). • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and quality control checklists.
