**Port Logistics Director** Oversees and directs port logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement, handling, storage, and distribution of cargo. Develops logistics strategies, manages operational teams and resources, coordinates with shipping lines and government agencies, and ensures compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Direct daily port logistics and cargo\-handling operations. * Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Oversee cargo receiving, storage, loading, unloading, and transportation. * Manage logistics, warehouse, and port operations teams. * Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking companies, customs, and other stakeholders. * Monitor cargo movement, schedules, inventory, and operational performance. * Ensure compliance with port regulations, safety standards, and security requirements. * Manage logistics budgets, resources, equipment, and third\-party providers. * Identify operational risks and implement corrective measures. * Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements. * Lead initiatives for automation, technology adoption, and operational optimization.
