From the pool and fitness facilities to the spa experience, the team strives to deliver thoughtful service that enhances every guest's stay. As a Pool Host/Hostess, you will report to the Spa Manager and work closely with the Spa, Recreation, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable poolside experience. As a Pool Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the pool area, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment throughout their visit. You will play a key role in delivering personalized service, maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the pool area, promoting hotel facilities, and supporting the overall guest experience through attentive and proactive hospitality. • Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide poolside amenities and towels • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool environment that reflects Rosewood standards • Engage proactively with guests to anticipate needs, answer inquiries, and enhance their overall experience • Monitor access to the pool facilities and ensure authorized use by guests and members • Promote spa treatments, fitness facilities, membership packages, and other hotel experiences • Collaborate with Spa, Recreation, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest service You have experience in a guest-facing hospitality, recreation, wellness, or service environment You are passionate about creating memorable experiences through warm and attentive service You are confident interacting with guests and building positive relationships You have strong organizational skills and take pride in maintaining clean and well-presented environments You are proactive, adaptable, and enjoy working outdoors in a dynamic setting You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
