Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company operating in the government services and process facilitation sector. The PMO Director will lead the Project Management Office to drive the successful delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives aligned with the organization s business objectives. The role will oversee enterprise-wide projects across digital transformation, operational excellence, service expansion, customer experience, and governance, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with corporate priorities. Key Accountabilities • Establish, lead, and continuously improve the enterprise PMO framework, governance model, delivery methodology, and reporting standards. • Manage the organization s portfolio of strategic projects across operations, customer service, technology, finance, and shared services. • Oversee the planning and execution of business transformation, digitalization, and operational improvement initiatives. • Work closely with senior leadership to prioritize projects based on strategic value, business impact, risk, and resource availability. • Develop executive-level dashboards, portfolio reports, and performance updates for the CEO and Executive Committee. • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure timely mitigation and resolution. • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery. • Ensure project governance, documentation, approvals, and reporting are aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Promote PMO best practices, including Agile, waterfall, hybrid delivery models, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Lead, coach, and develop project managers and PMO team members to build delivery capability across the organization. • Drive stakeholder alignment, communication, and change management across business functions. • Track project benefits, outcomes, and lessons learned to improve future project delivery. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We Are Looking For: • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, Master s degree is preferred. • 12-15 years of overall project management experience with Mminimum of 5 years experience leading or managing an enterprise PMO. • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation, digitalization, technology, or operational excellence projects. • PMP certification is mandatory. • Additional certifications such as PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage. • Strong knowledge of PMO governance, portfolio management, project controls, and executive reporting. • Experience in government services or visa services, travel, aviation, outsourcing, BPO, customer service, or service operations environments is preferred. • Strong track record in managing cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders, external vendors, and multiple business units.
