PMC Planning Specialist

Expected Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with a focus on project management or scheduling. Proven experience in planning and scheduling for oil & gas projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead role. Proficient in project management software and tools, namely Primavera P6. Significant, demonstrable experience of the application of project planning techniques including earned value, cpi, spi, eac, etc Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address schedule-related challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and guiding a team of planning engineers. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to project planning and scheduling in the oil & gas sector. Certification in project management or scheduling (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is a plus.
