PMC Lead Contracts Engineer

The Role The Lead Contracts Engineer is responsible for leading all contracting and procurement-related activities within a PMC organization for offshore oil & gas or renewable energy projects. The role ensures that all contractual strategies, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, and post-award contract management are executed in compliance with project requirements, company policies, and international best practices. Minimum 15 years of experience in contract engineering or contract management, preferably in offshore oil & gas Strong understanding of contracting strategies (EPC, EPIC, T&I, LSTK), FIDIC, LOGIC, or other international contract forms. Experience in PMC roles on major offshore projects is highly desirable. Proven skills in negotiation, claims management, and risk management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
