The role ensures that construction is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations. The position acts as the key interface between the EPC contractor, client, and other stakeholders to drive successful project delivery in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance. Expected: • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction within the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years in a lead role on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects • Strong experience working in PMC roles overseeing large-scale EPC projects • In-depth knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, and HSE requirements • Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction activities on complex projects • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple contractors and interfaces in a high-pressure environment • Familiarity with project management tools, construction planning, and reporting systems • Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred • Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Lead and manage all site construction activities across multiple disciplines ensuring alignment with project objectives and ADNOC standards
