The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all water supply, drainage, and piping systems function smoothly and comply with local building codes. You will play a crucial role in delivering high\-quality facility maintenance to our clients. Key Responsibilities * **Installation \& Maintenance:** Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters) in commercial and residential properties. * **Troubleshooting \& Repair:** Diagnose plumbing emergencies, identify the root cause of leaks or blockages, and execute fast, effective repairs to minimize water damage and downtime. * **System Inspection:** Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems and equipment to identify preventative maintenance needs and replace worn or failing parts. * **Blueprint Reading:** Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and water supply networks for new installations or modifications. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Ensure all plumbing work complies with UAE health and safety standards and local building regulations. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. * **Team Collaboration:** Work seamlessly with other technical service team members, including HVAC and electrical technicians, to resolve complex facility issues. Qualifications \& Requirements * **Targeted Experience:** **Strong priority will be given to candidates with prior employment history at top\-tier UAE facilities management companies, specifically Shabaka, Farnek, Imdaad, or Emrill.** * **Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of water distribution and disposal systems, as well as hands\-on experience handling specialized plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment. * **Education:** A high school diploma accompanied by a vocational certificate, diploma, or recognized apprenticeship in plumbing. * **Skills:** Excellent problem\-solving skills, physical stamina to work in tight spaces or handle heavy equipment, and a strong attention to detail. * **Communication:** Basic proficiency in English to communicate with clients, read technical manuals, and submit daily service reports.
