Plastic Surgeon

**Position Summary** ==================== We are seeking a highly skilled **Plastic Surgeon** to join a leading medical center in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both **cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery**, delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety, ethics, and clinical excellence. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of surgical and non\-surgical aesthetic procedures, provide comprehensive patient consultations, and contribute to the growth of the facility's plastic surgery services. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning. * Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to: + Rhinoplasty + Breast augmentation, reduction, and reconstruction + Liposuction and body contouring + Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) + Facelift and Neck Lift + Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) + Otoplasty + Fat grafting and lipofilling + Scar revision and reconstructive procedures * Perform minimally invasive aesthetic treatments where applicable, including injectables and non\-surgical facial rejuvenation. * Explain treatment options, risks, expected outcomes, and post\-operative care to patients. * Monitor patient recovery and provide follow\-up care to ensure optimal surgical outcomes. * Maintain accurate medical records and comply with all healthcare regulations and clinical protocols. * Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, nurses, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals. * Stay up to date with the latest advancements in plastic and aesthetic surgery techniques and technologies. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain the highest standards of patient safety.
