Plastic machine blow molding injection Operator

• Operate and monitor blow molding injection machines, ensuring optimal cycle times and product quality by meticulously adjusting machine parameters. • Perform routine quality checks on molded parts, identifying and segregating non-conforming products to maintain high production standards. • Safely load raw materials (resins, colorants) into the machinery, ensuring correct material usage and preventing contamination. • Conduct preventative maintenance on blow molding equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to minimize downtime. • High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or plastics is a plus. • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating blow molding or injection molding machines. • Proven ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, and work instructions. • Proficiency in basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques.
