Plant Operations Associate

**Job Summary** We are seeking a Plant Operations Associate to support day\-to\-day plant and production activities, including material handling, bottle handling, data logging, documentation, and general operational support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in production, warehousing, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment and will work closely with the Senior Plant Operator. **Key Responsibilities** * Support daily plant operations by assisting the Senior Plant Operator with production activities, material movement, and routine operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow. * Handle and arrange bottles, packaging materials, and other production items by following established procedures to maintain an organized and efficient production area. * Record production and operational data by accurately entering output, material usage, downtime, and other required information to maintain reliable operational records. * Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials by following safe handling procedures to ensure timely availability of materials for plant operations. * Monitor production activities and report abnormalities by observing equipment, materials, and workflow conditions to the Senior Plant Operator for timely action. * Support plant documentation by maintaining logs, checklists, records, and other operational documents to ensure complete and accurate shift information. * Assist with basic equipment and workplace checks by following established inspection procedures to identify issues before they affect operations. * Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards by organizing work areas and following workplace safety procedures to support a safe operating environment. * Support shift handover activities by communicating completed tasks, pending activities, material requirements, and operational issues to ensure continuity. * Follow operational and safety instructions by adhering to plant procedures and supervisor directions to maintain safe and consistent performance. **Education** High School Diploma, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification. **Experience** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in **production, warehousing, manufacturing, plant operations, or a similar operational environment**.
