Plant Manager | Lubricant Oil Plant

PW Lubes is seeking an experienced and results driven Plant Manager to lead our lubricant blending and manufacturing operations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, quality assurance, and team leadership within the lubricants, petrochemicals, or oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities \* Lead day to day plant operations including production, blending, maintenance, and logistics. \* Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. \* Ensure compliance with HSE standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory guidelines. \* Lead, mentor, and develop high performing production teams. \* Optimize production efficiency, inventory management, and cost control. \* Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management. \* Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production. Requirements ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. ✔Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in lubricant manufacturing, petrochemicals, or Oil \& Gas. ✔ Strong knowledge of lubricant blending processes, automated production systems, and preventive maintenance. ✔ Excellent leadership, problem solving, communication, and budget management skills.
