Planning Manager - Residential Project

The Planning Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for residential developments, including villa communities, high-rise residential towers, mid-rise apartment buildings, and mixed-use residential projects. The role ensures project delivery within approved timelines through effective planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, risk analysis, and reporting. The Planning Manager works closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, consultants, and client teams to ensure timely completion of all project milestones. ✔ Strong Residential Project Experience (Mandatory) ✔ Expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring & reporting ✔ Ability to coordinate with site teams, consultants & stakeholders � Abu Dhabi / UAE experience is a strong advantage
