Job description

• Project Planning and Scheduling: • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using project management software. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks. • Resource Management: • Determine resource requirements and allocate resources appropriately. • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. • Monitor and adjust resource allocation as necessary to meet project deadlines. • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: • Track project progress against the baseline schedule and provide regular updates to management. • Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including forecasts and variance analysis. • Identify and address any issues or delays that may impact project timelines. • Risk Management: • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential project risks. • Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Implement contingency plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges. • Stakeholder Coordination • Liaise with project team members, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Facilitate regular project meetings and coordinate activities between different departments and teams. • Ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of project status and any changes. • Documentation and Compliance: • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. • Prepare and submit required documentation to regulatory authorities and clients as needed. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Experience in project planning and scheduling. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
