Planning Engineer

Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery plans. Track project milestones, resources, and productivity. Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Monitor critical path activities and project performance. Support project controls, cost tracking, and risk management. Ensure timely project completion in line with client requirements. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering. 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or construction projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and project controls. Experience in progress monitoring, reporting, and schedule analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI/SAP is an advantage. GCC/Qatar project experience is preferred.
